We offer different services in terms of inspection & recertification depending on the type of products & your location.
Our main recertification center is based in Algeria.
Excellence, Expertise and Reliabilty are guaranteed by Fluid Control Algeria while performing inspection and recertification of pressure components in Algeria and neighbouring countries.
“A la carte” inspection
FCA IS ACCREDITED BY THE ALGERIAN BODY (ALGERAC) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD ISO/CEI 17020:2012 FOR:
- Pressure Equipment (APG/APV)
- Non-Destructive Examination (PT & MT)
- Lifting Equipment (APL)
FCA IS ALSO ACCREDITED “APG/APV” AND “NDE” BY THE ALGERIAN ENERGY AND MINES MINISTRY.
Most of our operations are performed at the Hassi-Messaoud base in a safe test bay.
We offer the following services:
- Visual & gauge inspection.
- Thread gauging.
- Dimensioning with ring groove inspection.
- Endoscopic inspection in pipes and hoses.
- Ultrasonic wall thickness measurement.
- Magnetic Particle Inspection and Dye-Penetrant Test on welds.
- Hardness test.
- Pressure Test recording.

- High Pressure Flexible hoses
- BOPs, lubricators, etc.
- Pressure safety valves
- Pressure vessels
- Lifting equipment
- Units for well testing, stimulation, coil tubing, cementing, etc.
