F.C.E policy consists in :

1 - Ensuring the highest level of control before delivery.
2 - Ensuring the highest quality technical support after delivery.

In order to meet these quality aims, after-sales technicians are continuously involved, in F.C.E, the following tasks:
- Performance checking of products before shipment.
- Customization of operating  and maintenance manuals.
- Management of technical documents.
- Maintenance and improvement of facilities for testing.
- Internal training and expending skills.
- Quotation and management of spare parts 

F.C.E's technicians are also involved on sites in:
- Receiving Equipment (commissioning).
- Start uo  Assistance.
- diagnostics and maintenance.
- Expertise and reparation.

F.C.E provides inspection and recertification services for pressurised equipment (piping components, inline equipment, etc.).

The equipment can be inspected in the F.C.E workshop or on site, in accordance with suitable standards and regulations, manufacturer recommendations and client specifications.

Each recertified component is delivered with its inspection report and certificate ready for use.

F.C.A (Fluid Control Algeria).

F.C.A is a F.C.E subsidiary company based in Hassi-Messaoud. Its expertise of the recertification 

process makes F.C.A a reputed leader in Algeria. The inspection work can be carried out at F.C.A workshop or on site. When required, F.C.A inspectors can be allocated to a client on a long term contract basis.

The scope of the services allows F.C.A to be qualified and authorised by the Algerian Ministry of Energy and Mines. F.C.A is also an accredited centre of TECHNIP Flexi-France for the recertification of  Coflexip^® flexible hoses.
